What's Included in the Boston+ Training Program?

This year’s training program spans the 22 weeks you’ve come to expect from SDTC. We are continuing the new additions we made to the program in the past two years: 

  • A monthly 16-point Injury Prevention Screen
  • Guided Pre-Long Run Injury Prevention
  • Dynamic Warm-Ups that improve: Range of Motion, Musculoskeletal conditioning, Tendon preparation, Muscle activation, Running technique/Foot strike
  • Discounts on therapy and training at Novos Limited Edition Custom Training T-shirt
  • Long Run Aid Station Support 
  • Boston Send-off Dinner/Race Review
  • Prepaid entry into one local event that’s incorporated into your training schedule
How long is the program?

The Boston + Training Program kicks off in November 2025 and wraps on race day in April each year. The program includes a 22-week training schedule that:

  • Starts: November 15, 2025 
  • Ends: April 20, 2026 with the 130th running of the Boston Marathon
When does the group run?

The Boston+ Training Program includes Saturday morning long runs with aid station support.

Your San Diego Track Club Membership also includes weekly group:

  • Tuesday night Track Workouts, and
  • Thursday evening Tempo Runs
