Your company can participate together as a group. Simply create your organization and invite anyone you'd like to join your team. You can also choose to cover the registration costs for your team.

Orlando's largest office party! Held exclusively for Florida's corporate community; businesses and non-profit organizations form teams and participate in the IOA Corporate 5k for camaraderie, friendly competition and celebrating with co-workers. The participating population is made up of over 18,000 runners and walkers from over 700 companies, non-profit organizations and 200+ CEOs.

Beneficiary
IOA Corporate 5k benefits the Track Shack Foundation, Second Harvest and Christian Service Center. All 5k participants are encouraged to donate food for our neighbors in need. Help us reach the food donation goal of 125,000 meals. Here’s how:
1. Take the 100 Meal Challenge
2. Collect food and donate on race day
Team Box/ Bib Number Pickup
- Team Captains must pick up team box for all participants registered by 11:59 pm on April 5.
- For registrations completed April 6 - April 17, participants may pick up individual race number and shirt.
Team Box/ Bib Pick-up Schedule at Track Shack (1104 N Mills Ave.):
Thursday, April 11 and Friday, April 12 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
Saturday, April 13 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Sunday, April 14 CLOSED
Monday, April 15 - Wednesday, April 17 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
On Race Day at Lake Eola:
Pick up your bib number at one of the information tents starting at 4:00 pm. Shirts and team box pick up not available on race day.
Workplace Wellness Award
Recognize the wellness advocate in your office. Nominate your co-worker for the Workplace Wellness Award!
The Award Winner receives: A pair of shoes from Track Shack and a Healthy Breakfast for coworkers. Plus, all nominees receive special recognition on race day! Deadline to nominate: March 26
Track Shack T-Shirt Design Contest
The "Best Overall Design" is decided by the participants through the Corporate 5k Facebook page. The entries are posted in a photo album for everyone to see and vote/like, so make sure they look good! The award will be presented at the race! Contest rules and deadline >>
