8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m - Packet/T-shirt pick-up and in-person registration for Summit Runners who are attending the conference**

Thursday, September 19, 2024      
6:30 a.m. - Meet at starting line location - Parkman Bandstand in the Boston Common, 139 Tremont Street, Boston, MA 02111
6:45 a.m. - 5k / Virtual Run Start  
7:30 a.m. - 5k / Virtual Run End (or when last runner finishes)***

Fundraising (Optional)

Fundraising is not required, but each participant will have the option to create an individual or team fundraising page and invite friends and family to contribute.

If you would like to create a fundraising account you will receive instructions after you register. 

Proceeds from participant registration fees and donations will go to the Emily Whitehead Foundation to support pediatric cancer immunotherapy research. All donations are tax deductible in accordance with IRS regulations. EIN: 47-2277599.

FAQ

Do I have to be registered for the summit to participate?

Participants DO NOT have to be registered attendees of the CAR-TCR Summit.  We invite anyone interested in participating to join us for the race or sign up to run virtually. 

How do I get to the race start?

Transportation to / from the race location will not be provided. All participating runners / walkers will be responsible for finding their own transportation to and from the race start / end.

How does a virtual run work?

A virtual run / walk is a race that can be participated in from any location you choose! Virtual Runners will register through this site and are encouraged to start their run on the same day and time (Thursday, September 19th @ 6:30 a.m. ET) as the event, or on whatever day and time that is most convenient. T-shirts will be mailed to virtual runners.
