Start Times: JR Smoothie 1 Mile Kids Run: 8am, Tropical Smoothie Cafe 5K: 9am, 5 November 2017
1 Mile Jr Smoothie event limited to children ages 2-12.
Location: Mount Trashmore 310 Edwin Drive, Virginia Beach Va.
Official Timing By J&A Racing, Free Public Parking Available! All 5K & Kids Run participants will receive event Tee Shirts, and designer finishing medals!
All 5k & 1 Mile Finishers will receive an awesome event finisher medal, event tee-shirt
The 5k Course is jogging stroller friendly!
Sign Up for the 2017 Smoothie Challenge and you could win Free Smoothies for a whole year!
-Smoothie Challenge winners will be the top finishing Male & Female that can drink a 12oz. Smoothie at the 5k 1/2 way marker ( 1.55 miles ) and are the first ( Male & Female ) of the Smoothies challenge competitors to finish the 5k event. The smoothie challenge will be available to the first 100 participants to check the smoothie challenge box during their registration.
