The inaugural Be Healthy 5K benefiting True Health is an opportunity to walk or run Sanford’s beautiful Riverwalk along lake Monroe while supporting True Health’s vision of creating healthier communities through life-changing care. True Health is a 501(c )(3) nonprofit that has been serving Central Floridians with high-quality comprehensive healthcare for 45 years. With eight locations in Orange and Seminole county, True Health provides primary healthcare to insured and uninsured patients and turns no one away based on inability to pay. Join us, as we support True Health in ensuring all Floridians have access to quality medical care.

Beneficiary
True Health, a private, non-profit 501 (c)(3) community health center, has been serving low-income, uninsured, underinsured, and underserved populations in Central Florida since 1977. They operate several locations within Orange and Seminole Counties, including eight neighborhood health centers. Annually they proudly serve over 40,000 unduplicated patients with over 101,000 encounters. True Health's overall goals are to eliminate health disparities, respond to diverse community needs, and improve the quality of life for the medically underserved.
