Register for the 5k Run/walk. Open to all ages and abilities. Stick around after the 5K to visit vendors and watch The Hammy Workout.

Heats will take place every 30 minutes so stick around!

Please arrive at least 40-50 minutes prior to your event start time to check-in and warm up. Remember, the gym with the most HAMMY participants will win a one-of-a-kind HAMMY edition C2 Rower. Event day registration will be available, so spread the word on social media (links below)!
