Event Information
The Florida Panthers are holding a 5K race and 1 Mile run/walk to support the NHL’s Hockey Fights Cancer initiatives. A portion of all race registrations will be given to the Florida Panthers Foundation. The 5K race will begin at 8:00 AM with race packet pick-up on site starting at 7:00 AM. The 1 Mile Peggy Ziady Memorial Family Fun Run/Walk will begin at 8:45 AM. All registered racers will receive 1 ticket to the Florida Panthers vs. Buffalo Sabres on November 24th, or 1 ticket to the Florida Panthers vs. Tampa Bay Lightning game on December 10th.
Race Packages Include
- A ticket to the November 24th game vs. the Buffalo Sabres or a ticket to the December 10th game vs. the Tampa Bay Lightning
- A Finisher’s medal for the 5K
Race Day Schedule
6 am – Parking lots open
7 am – Packet Pick-up Begins
8 am – 5K begins
8:45 am – 1 Mile Peggy Ziady Memorial Fun Run/Walk begins
Parking
Parking will be available at the BB&T Center at no cost for the race. All vehicles must be moved by noon to prepare for the Panthers Hockey game that evening.
Refund Policy
There are no refunds, transfers or credits for this race. This event will be held rain, shine or snow.
Registrants cannot change race event once they have completed registration.
