Event Information
Teams of eight runners each will traverse a scenic course through the rolling countrysde of beautiful Long Island. Each participant will run between five and seven miles.

The 31st Edition of the "Best Post-Race Party in the Northeast"
The event includes a post-race party under a large tent featuring 4.5 hours of unlimited beer, wine, soda and food. There will be music and dancing. The party will take place at the Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Park on the shoreline of beautiful Oyster Bay Harbor near the finish line.
Registration
There will be NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION. Online registration closes at 9pm on September 22. The price increases on September 13th to $480 per team.
Timing
Computerized timing and results at every leg by JMS Racing Services using the MyLaps Pro Chip elite timing system.
Race Packets
Race packets consisting of general information and rules, a detailed course description and team roster form will be sent on or about September 10 (and thereafter upon receipt of entry form).
Awards
- Each member of the top three teams in each category will receive an award.
- Spirit of the Relay Award: a $50 certificate for Runners Edge to each member of the team that best exemplifies the fun and camaraderie of the event in memory of Stan Kramberg.
- Awards ceremony will take place during the party.

Online Processing Fee
Note: There is an online processing fee. For an 8 member team, it will be $1.35 per person.
Packet Pickup
Packet pickup will be Friday, Sept. 23 from 2:00 - 6:00 PM and Saturday, Sept. 24 from Noon to 4:00 PM at The Runner's Edge, 242 Main Street, Farmingdale.
Registration will also take place at packet pickup.
