Part of the RACE-MANIA programming line-up, in this workshop attendees will learn how to assess underlying foot and lower leg mobility and stability patterns to identify restrictions that can negatively impact power production in swimming, cycling and running. Attendees will then learn how fix these restrictions using a combination of active mobilization techniques that focus on trigger point release, dynamic fascial stretching and muscular re-patterning exercises.
About Your Instructor
This workshop will be led by Brad Cox, the CEO and Co-Founder of ACUMOBILITY.  Brad is a functional movement specialist and licensed orthopedic Acupuncturist and is the co-owner of the sports medicine clinic Wakefield Wellness Center.  

Brad has treated hundreds of professional and elite athletes to fix their orthopedic problems and rebuild dysfunctional movement patterns.  He is also the co-creator of the acclaimed ACU-Running program and a running biomechanics consultant for the shoe company TOPO Athletic.
