Workouts
There will be assigned and coached daily workouts for the Sprint and Half Camps.
Access to the workouts will be granted to participants on the website moore-oncoaching.com on the workouts page.

The Sprint camp will be 2 months of daily workouts. Same time and locations as the Half camp.
The Half camp will be 3 months of daily workouts.
Sprint Weekends join for 3 months of weekends, don't worry about the daily regimen.
Half Weekends join for 3 months of weekends, don't worry about the daily regimen.
