The Patriot Half is Saturday, June 17, 2023 at Cathedral Camp in East Freetown, MA. 2023 marks the 17th year of this award-winning race which won “Best Small Race“ (less than 1,000 athletes; Triathlon Business International) an unprecedented three times and "Best Triathlon" (Competitor magazine). Race Options and Distances

The Patriot Half features a triathlon and aquabike plus a virtual race.

The Triathlon features a 1.2 mile swim in Long Pond, the largest fresh-water body of water in Massachusetts, a bike course offering 54 miles of beautiful, flat roads with some rolling hills and a 13.1 mile run along country roads, farms and lakes with aid stations at nearly every mile.

The Aquabike features the same 1.2 mile swim and 54 mile bike as the triathlon, without the run.

The Virtual Event gives you the option to race where you want (indoors or outdoors) and when you want between 06/17/23 and 06/25/2023. Choose from three race divisions: Triathlon (1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike, 13.1 mile run), Aquabike (1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike) or Duathlon (3.1 mile run, 56 mile bike, 13.1 mile run).

Race More, Save More with our Multi-Race Bundles

Outsider Endurance offers you the opportunity to save by signing up to race 2 or 3 of our races with our multi-race bundles which include Half Crazy and the Triple Dog Dare.

Half Crazy: Love half distance racing?! Bookend your season with the Patriot Half in June and the Pilgrimman Half in September (Plymouth, MA; 9/9/23). Choose from Triathlon or Aquabike options.

Triple Dog Dare: 3 different races at 3 different distances for 1 great price! The Triple Dog Dare includes the Patriot Half Triathlon (6/17/23), the Cranberry Trifest Olympic Triathlon (8/21/23) and the Sun Multisport Sprint Triathlon of your choice. Our sprints include the Whaling City Triathlon (New Bedford, MA; 7/16/23) and the Pilgrimman Sprint Triathlon (Plymouth, MA; 9/9/23).

What to Expect

Meet with a TB12 Body Coach for a complimentary one-on-one session, where you will experience the most critical component of the TB12 Method: Pliability. The onsite TB12 Body Coach will perform hands-on deep-force muscle pliability work that will counter muscle imbalances, improve range of motion and reduce pain.
