Part of the line-up of clinics & workshops offered at the 2018 RACE-MANIA Summit & Expo, this 60 minute, step-by-step interactive workshop for women is designed to get you to the finish line of your first (or next) triathlon. From goal setting to training to race day, this fun and hilarious presentation by Meredith Atwood (“Swim Bike Mom”) will have you laughing and excited for your season AND your finish line.
What you will learn

In this 90 minute workshop attendees will learn:

  • Soup to nuts about swimming, cycling and running to train for a first or next triathlon
  • Race day tips and tricks

About Meredith Atwood
Meredith Atwood (“Swim Bike Mom”) is a four-time IRONMAN triathlete, author, motivational speaker,

This workshop takes place at the Boston University Fit Rec Center located at 915 Commonwealth Ave, Boston, MA. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start of your workshop.  You will be notified the week of the event with the room number where the workshop will be held.
