The perfect primer for any athlete interested in doing their first triathlon, this 60 minute workshop covers goal setting, the equipment you need (and DON’T need), what to expect in the swim, bike and run and "rookie" mistakes to avoid.
About Your Instructor
Elaine Vescio has been an endurance athlete for 30 years and has made the podium in numerous events in running, cycling, and triathlons, including winning the 1991 Sri Chimnoy Marathon and Qualifying for the 2010 World Duathlon Championships. Elaine has been coaching multisport athletes for over ten years, successfully applying her education, experience, and overall love of the sport to help people of all levels and abilities achieve their endurance sports goals.
Location
This workshop takes place at the Boston University Fit Rec Center located at 915 Commonwealth Ave, Boston, MA. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start of your workshop
