Event Information
You’re in Lake Nona, you’re being active, so why not celebrate? The race ends at a block party filled with delicious food and fabulous music.
If you aren’t running this year, but want to cheer on a loved one, we welcome you to join in the fun! The Nemours Kid’s run and Kid’s zone will occupy your littlest runners with activities geared specifically to engage them in a night of activity.
Event Schedule
4:30 pm: Registration and Nemours Kids’ Zone Open
5:30 pm: Nemours Kids' Run
6:45 pm: 5k (3.1 miles)

All the good and helpful race info including the course map, last minute race information, special offers and race promotions will arrive directly to your inbox in the e-Race packet a few days before the race, saving thousands of pieces of paper!
Team Competition
In the spirit of friendly competition, rally your co-workers or civic group to Run Nona!
Get recognized on race day AND raise a little money for your charity of choice. One company or civic group with the most participants (minimum 15) wins an award and a $250 donation to their charity of choice, which must be a 501 (c) (3) organization.
Nemours Kids' Run
The fun begins with the Nemours Kids’ Run at 5:30 pm.
Distances range from 100 yards to 1 mile and children are placed in age appropriate groups. Kids’ run registration is limited to 200 participants; register online and early!
Race Number/Shirt Pick-up
Race number pick-up will be at Track Shack (Wed. Sept. 27 through Fri. Sept. 29). The address is 1104 N Mills Ave. Orlando FL 32803. Numbers will also be available at the race on race day.
Timing/Results
The B-Tag by ChronoTrack is the timing device used to score participants. Same day race results are available at TrackShack.com.
5k: Runners and walkers ages seven and above who wear the designated B-Tag are included in the 5k results. Eight and above qualify for awards.
