He will also explain why a great run in a triathlon is not just about running and how you can use cycling and swimming to improve your race run. Mark will share the principles that enabled him to post a 29:59 10k PR on the roads and set a marathon course record of 2:40:04 at the IRONMAN World Championship in Hawaii that stood for 27-years. Attendees will also learn:

  1. Key run workouts to do each week as well as how they transition as you go through a season.
