Event Information
Cycling For a Better Tomorrow charity ride takes place in the scenic Sierra Nevada foothills. We're proud to offer bike riding experiences for the beginner to the advanced, and everyone in between. Our three scenic courses wind among the vineyards and hills of Lincoln, Newcastle, and Auburn, starting and ending at Hillenbrand Farmhaus Brewery. Event Jersey and Bib Shorts

Our annual event jersey and bib shorts are designed by Pearl Izumi Custom.  BY July 31, 2021 - Raise $250 and you earn the jersey, $500 and you get the kit!

Event Details

LOCATION

5100 Virginiatown Road, Newcastle, Ca 95658 (Hillenbrand Farmhaus Brewery).

Use Parking Lot  (ABSOLUTELY NO STREET PARKING).

CHECK-IN

Check-in as early as 8:00 a.m. Saturday morning where you will receive your event shirt (while supplies last) and route map with cue sheet.

STAGGERED START

  • 9:00 AM PST - Metric Century
  • 9:30 AM PST - 30 Miles
  • 10:00 AM PST - 15 Miles

REST STOPS

Approximately every 10 miles:

All stops have water, energy drinks, and nutrition for refueling along with temporary bathroom facilities

WHAT TO WEAR

HELMETS ARE REQUIRED!  Bring a light jacket for the pre-ride to stay warm.  Temperatures average from the low 50's in the early morning to 75-80 by mid-afternoon.  Very low chance of rain.
