Recommended ages for children in Kids & Family Wave is 6 to 12, if your teens want to be seen with you they are in. All Mountain Madness recommended age for kids is 13+.
Nature Valley Mountain Mud Run


Want to sleep in a little? Want to get some exercise, get downright dirty, and have a blast while doing it? This is your race. The Mountain Mud Run is a race for people of all ages and running abilities. The course will feature a short lap format that will take runners around the Golden Peak base area. The course will feature two mud pits and multiple obstacles. Bring your old sneakers ‘cuz you’re gonna get dirty. Costumes encouraged.


Start Times

Kids and Family Wave will start at 2:30pm

All Mountain Madness Wave will start at 4:00pm
