Tri Club @ FIU

The FIU tri club is a place for FIU students, faculty, alumni, and members of the local community to learn about and take part in triathlons (swimming, biking and running). We meet by the pool at the Biscayne Bay campus (3000 NE 151st St North Miami, FL 33181) each Saturday morning. We will start out using the FIU pool for swimming before eventually moving to open water swimming in the Biscayne bay. We have bicycle and running routes that are around and near the campus. In an effort to promote safety and smart training, we have lifeguards and certified coaches to help with training. The club is FREE for FIU students, and for FIU faculty, alumni, and members of the community there is a one time fee of $75 for the full year (this is an incredibly low price for a triathlon club in the South Florida area! Bring with you something to swim in, bike in and run in, and bring a bike and helmet if you have one. If not the FIU club does have some extra bikes to loan for the day of training (and there is also the option to use the stationary bikes in the gym). Our club competes, volunteers and plans triathlon and running events.
