Join us on Sunday January 14, 2024 at Plantation Central Park for the Friends In Training 5K, 10K & Kids Run Winter Extravaganza presented by Baptist Health. FIT is celebrating 25 years strong! The morning will be filled with music, games, snow machine, snow cones, winter characters, and a great 5K, 10K and Kids Run/Walk. You will experience winter in Florida!  Each participant will receive a personalized race bib with RFID timing chip, event shirt, & finisher medal. You will not want to miss this very unique event.
