Event Information
You’re in Lake Nona, you’re being active, so why not celebrate? The races end at a block party filled with delicious food and fabulous music.
If you aren’t running this year, but want to cheer on a loved one, we welcome you to join in the fun! The Nemours Kid’s run and Kid’s zone will occupy your littlest runners with activities geared specifically to engage them in a night of activity.
Event Schedule
3:00 pm: Registration and Nemours Kids’ Zone Open
3:45 pm: Nemours Kids' Run
4:45 pm: 10k (6.2 miles)
5:00 pm: 5k (3.1 miles)
Registration
Online registration available until 7:00 pm on Friday, October 20th or until events reach capacity. Register online or at the race on Saturday (if spots available).
Timing/Results
The B-Tag by ChronoTrack is the timing device used to score participants. Same day race results are available at TrackShack.com.
5k: Runners and walkers ages seven and above who wear the designated B-Tag are included in the 5k results. Eight and above qualify for awards.
10k: Runners and walkers ages fourteen and above who wear the designated B-Tag are included in the 10k results.
Team Competition
In the spirit of friendly competition, rally your co-workers or civic group to Run Nona!
Get recognized on race day AND raise a little money for your charity of choice. One company or civic group with the most participants (minimum 15) wins an award and a $250 donation to their charity of choice, which must be a 501 (c) (3) organization.
Nemours Kids' Run
The fun begins with the Nemours Kids’ Run at 3:45 pm.
Distances range from 100 yards to 1 mile and children are placed in age appropriate groups. Kids’ run registration is limited to 200 participants; register online and early!
Packet Pickup
Packet pick up will be at Track Shack (Wed. Oct. 19 through Fri. Oct. 21). The address is 1104 N Mills Ave. Orlando FL 32803. Packets will also be available for pick up at the race on race day.
