Event Information
The Winter/Spring Session of MarathonFest is an ADVANCED training session geared towards our Boston Qualifiers and those doing the more challenging spring races like Big Sur, Nashville, or Flying Pig. We begin training at higher mileage than our Summer/Fall Session and include many hill workouts. This session is NOT recommended for first time full or half marathoners. This program is a 3 day-a-week training schedule, but it can also be supplemented with additional run days for those desiring more mileage. MarathonFest offers coaching, accountability, support, and a camaraderie that is unparalleled. There is nothing else like our program anywhere!
Program Benefits
Participants receive coached workouts, weekly emails, a pace group, runs supported with water and/or sports drink, access to Florida Hospital professionals, and a Track Shack discount card. 
TUESDAYS - Attend the 5:00 am OR the 6:00 pm Track Workout
- Meet on the Glenridge Middle School track, Orlando
- Runners should arrive 15-30 minutes EARLY to warm up BEFORE the workout begins

THURSDAYS - Attend the 5am OR the 6pm Tempo or Hill Run Workout
- 5:00 am meet in the bus lane at Glenridge Middle School, Orlando
- 6:00 pm meet BEHIND Glenridge Middle School, Orlando in the parking lot
- Runners should arrive 15-30 minutes EARLY to warm up BEFORE the workout begins

SATURDAYS* - 2525 Cady Way, Winter Park; meet in the Cady Way Bike Trail parking lot
Start times vary between 4:00am 
and 6:00am and are determined by Pace Group Leaders.
