About
NO MORE is proud to be holding its 4th annual NO MORE Week 5K to End Domestic and Sexual Violence, from March 3rd through March 9th, 2024, to raise awareness and funds to help stop and prevent domestic and sexual violence. Individuals and teams across the U.S. and around the world are invited to join the 5K virtually as part of a united, global team effort with one clear goal: to stop and prevent the epidemic of domestic and sexual violence that 1 in 3 women and 1 in 6 men experience in their lifetime.
Any time during NO MORE Week - March 3-9, 2024 - participants can complete the 5K however they’d like, whether it’s running on a treadmill, hiking on a trail, taking their dog for a stroll, swimming laps, cycling to work or school… even walking back and forth from the kitchen to the sofa. Any movement counts! Do it alone or gather a group together to complete the 5K together!
Funds raised through the event will help more survivors of domestic and sexual violence get the services and support they need, fight for stronger laws and policies to hold perpetrators accountable, and increase awareness and education to stop the violence before it starts!
We’re grateful to the National Football League (NFL) for supporting the 5K for the fourth year in a row.
