Señorita Bonita is joining forces with Specialized Women to bring you a WOMEN’S ONLY cycling ride / event with a percentage of the proceeds going to Women In Distress of Broward County, Inc.
Your supporting sponsors are ZICO Coconut Water, ClifBar , Orca , Angel del Mar Swimwear [including activewear with fun and sexy prints, e.g., capris, leggings and sports bra] Sisley-Paris will be offering spa services: massages and facials [natural plant extracts health and beauty products], Origami Owl Living Lockets, create your own personalized memory, Ruth Lacayo, with Tian Acupuncture, a licensed acupuncture physician, Nommerz, a healthy snack on the go, Fancy Pants by GH, fun workout/yoga prints, CytoSport, and ONLI Beverages - Elevating Taste, premium sparkling flavored water, Imassageandstretch will be offering sports massages and complimentary Biofreeze, Raw Republic will be sampling their fresh juice bar.
During the course of the day, we’ll be raffling prizes from our supporting sponsors, food & product sampling from our vendors, food truck will be on-sight and music.

THE RIDE
Experienced captain riders will be leading our 3 group options:
Group A: 18-20 MPH AVG. 1 hr/ 45 minutes.
Group B: 16-18 MPH AVG. 2 hr/ 45 minutes.

THE CLINIC
Clinic starts at: 11:30 a.m.
Ladies: This is YOUR event and YOUR opportunity to learn. This clinic is an open discussion, Q & A created to answer any/all of your concerns from riding etiquette, bike fit, skills to training groups, get to know your bike, maintaining your bike, learn to change a flat, gear and clothing options for every rider.
Lisa Dorfman, a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, Board Certified Professional Counselor, Diplomat of The American Psychotherapy Association, Certified- ISAK certified anthropometrist, USA Track & Field and USA Triathlon coach, Certified Reiki Practitioner & Fellow of The Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics. She will be covering nutrition to educate you on eating to fuel your body. She is a competitive runner and triathlete who has competed in more than 34 marathons (PR 2:52:32), IronmanUSA Lake Placid, dozens of half marathons and 1/2 Ironmans, and hundreds of running and multisport races. Lisa is known internationally as The Running Nutritionist®, she is a leader in our industry, public and press for three decades. Lisa has a Miami based Integrative Sports Nutrition practice & is Sports Nutritionist for Fast Twitch Performance Training Centers.

Join the movement #YourRideYourRules with Specialized Women! You must be registered for the ride to demo a Specialized road bike. You pick the model you want to demo and bring your PRINT ticket to the ride/event! Please arrive 45 minutes EARLY to get you READY to ride.
