Event Information
The 3rd Annual Cycling For a Better Tomorrow charity ride located in the scenic Sierra Nevada foothills. We're proud to offer a bike riding experiences for the beginner to the advanced, and everyone in between. Our three scenic courses wind among the vineyards and hills of the Lincoln, Newcastle, and Auburn. Our post-ride festival is always is always a hit. Register today to secure your spot!

Event Details

LOCATION

5100 Virginiatown Road, Newcastle, Ca 95658 (Hillenbrand Farmhaus Brewery).  Plenty of public parking close to the starting line.

CHECK-IN

Check-in as early as 7:00 a.m. Saturday morning where you will receive your event shirt (while supplies last), cue-sheet and map.

STAGGERED START

  • 62 Mile: 8:00 a.m.
  • 30 Mile: 9:00 a.m.
  • 15 Mile: 10:00 a.m.

BREAKFAST

As part of your registration fee, a continental breakfast of coffee, juice, fruit, and danishes will be available beginning at 7:00 AM

REST STOPS

Approximately every 10 miles:

All stops have water, fruit, and food for refueling along with bathroom facilities

POST-RIDE LUNCH

A post-ride meal will be served from 11:30 to 1:30 PM. 

WHAT TO WEAR

HELMETS ARE REQUIRED!  Bring a light jacket for the pre-ride to stay warm.  Temperatures average from the low 50's in the early morning to 75-80 by mid-afternoon.  Very low chance of rain.

Route Maps

We offer three beautiful routes:  15 miles (25K), 30 miles (50K) and 62 miles / Metric Century (100K).  All routes are mapped on Strava and are subject to change based on county approval or road closures.
