Swim close to shore, bike in the park, run on the trail!
Junior (5-6) - Swim: 50m, Bike: 1 mile, Run: .25 mile
Youth (7-10) - Swim: 100m, Bike: 2 miles, Run: .5 mile
Senior (11-15) - Swim: 200m, Bike: 4 miles, Run: 1 mile

We've had an awesome response which has lead to our stock of t-shirts being depleted!
For all new registrations, participants will have to forego their participation t-shirt. - Sorry folks.

USAT Membership
Lake Norfork Kids Triathlon is a USAT Sanctioned event. USAT Membership is required. An annual membership is $10 for those who are not already members of USAT. You will be directed to the USAT membership signup page through registration. The $10 fee is billed separately through USAT.
