This event is for participants 11yrs and older as it involves a distance of up to 5K

Participants under 18yrs will need to be accompanied by a parent/guardian over the age of 18

Calling all mortals, demigods, and early risers! It’s time to lace up your trainers, drape on your toga and run like a true Olympian. 

Disney’s Hercules invites you to a 5K toga run with a mighty cause at its heart. Join us on Sunday 22 March for a morning of heroic feats, muscle flexing, and questionable toga engineering - all in aid of the Make-A-Wish UK.

Dress Code: Olympian Chic 

This isn’t just a 5K. This is a Toga Run 5K. 

We strongly encourage runners to fashion their best home-made toga over their running kit. Bedsheets and creative draping skills are highly encouraged. 

Channel your inner hero, strike a statue-worthy finish-line pose and prove you can truly go the distance.

Make-A-Wish UK exists to grant life-changing wishes to critically ill children and their families when they need it the most.

Right now, over 134,000 children in the UK are dealing with the gruelling daily reality of life with a critical illness. When it comes to their dreams, they deserve to wish for more than a life defined by their illness.

The growing demand for wishes means a heartbreaking reality of families waiting for a wish, but for some children, there is no time to wait. The only wish we can’t guarantee is more time. But with your support, we can grant more wishes sooner.

Event Details

Distance: 5K

Bag Drop: A bag drop will be provided onsite. Please do not bring or leave any valuables, all bags left at owners’ risk. Limit one small bag/item per person. Please note there will be a bag search upon arrival at the Theatre Royal.
Pace Groups: Guided 5K run in pace groups – all levels welcome

Day of Timings

8:00am – Check In opens

8:50am Warm Up begins

9:00-9:30am – Runners sent off on the 5K

10:30am – Event closes
