About

Our Kids in Training program presented by Baptist Health South Florida is 6 to 8 weeks long and is offered 2 to 3 times per year. We follow the RRCA Kids Run the Nation Program Curriculum. During our program, kids not only learn all about running, form, goal setting, the benefits of exercise and healthy nutrition, etc, they also have the opportunity to develop their social skills while getting healthy and having fun! Kids will be training to run the Fun Shamrock 5K, 4 Miler, or Kids Dash on 3/16!

Classes

Weekly training will be help on Sundays from 4:30-5:30pm

Packet Pickup

Packet pickup will be held on Sunday, 2/10/2019 at 3:45pm.

Class will begin at 4:30pm.

Tech shirt, goodie bag, safety ID, and more included!
