This is a virtual event we will start together at 7:00 each from your own neighborhood. We will live stream the start on Facebook and ask you to post photo’s on the clubs Facebook page of your run/walk. HERE

$10.00 - GFLRRC Club Member
$15.00 - Non Member
All those registered after July, Sunday 19th are not guaranteed to receive the Towel and Race Number by race day.
CROSS TRAINING EXERCISE EVERY HALF MILE
Every Half-Mile you are to complete the exercises below… if you believe that you are an Elite Athletes you are to complete 20 of each exercise … everyone else will complete 10 of each exercise:
* ½ Mile – Jumping Jacks
* 1 Mile – Sit-Ups
* 1 ½ Mile – Lunges
* 2 Mile – Air Squats
* 2 ½ Mile – Push-Ups
* 3 Mile - Burpees
PHOTO CONTEST
The best top 5 race photos will receive a free entry to a future club event. You will need to post your photo’s on the club's Facebook page by July 25th to be considered for a free entry.
PACKET PICKUP
If you wish to pick up your Hand Towel and Race Number
on the days noted below, please do so and we will not mail it.
Saturday, July 18th - Runner’s Depot Davie 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Sunday, July 19th - Running Wild Fort Lauderdale 12:00 noon - 1:00 pm
Thursday, July 23rd - Clubs Thursday Night Run/Walk @ the Galeria Mall 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm on the southeast corner parking lot of the mall.
