The 12th Annual Litchfield T.E.A.L.® Walk™ will take place in Litchfield, Connecticut on Sunday, September 7th, 2025. The name of the T.E.A.L.® Walk/Run™ Program refers both to teal, the color which symbolizes ovarian cancer, and to the not-for-profit organization that established the events, Tell Every Amazing Lady About Ovarian Cancer Louisa M. McGregor Ovarian Cancer Foundation, also known as T.E.A.L.®. This event celebrates the courage of ovarian cancer survivors and the strength of the families who’ve been touched by the disease, while spreading awareness to the public and raising money for research. Help us reach our fundraising goal of $30,000 to support Tell Every Amazing Lady®’s ovarian cancer programs. Fundraising is not required of participants, but all fundraising efforts are greatly encouraged and appreciated. All proceeds benefit Tell Every Amazing Lady®. Upon registering you will get your own Fundraising Page where you can upload a photo and story and receive milestones and badges. We encourage you to set your own personal fundraising goal and customize your own page!

Don't live in Litchfield? No matter where you are you can walk for ovarian cancer. Sign-up for T.E.A.L.®'s Walk Anywhere Package and receive a T-shirt, Bib, Virtual Goodie Bag, a special booklet of Walking Tips with Physical Therapist and Tell Every Amazing Lady® Wellness Program Coordinator, Jane Weedon, along with a downloadable specialized guided meditation to help you prep for your walk. Both of these are exclusive to our Walk Anywhere Package. This is NOT to be confused with the In-Person Walk option taking place on the day of the event at White Memorial Conservation Center (Activity Field).
The cost of registration for this event includes:
- In-Person Walk: A customized Litchfield T.E.A.L.® Walk™ bib, and a virtual goodie bag.
- Walk Anywhere Package: A customized Litchfield T.E.A.L.® Walk™ T-shirt, bib, virtual goodie bag, a special booklet of Walking Tips from Physical Therapist and Tell Every Amazing Lady® Wellness Program Coordinator, Jane Weedon, as well as a specialized guided meditation.

Whether or not you are participating as an individual, or with a team, all are welcomed and encouraged to support a great cause in honor or in memory of your loved one. Tell Every Amazing Lady® elevates women’s health through ovarian cancer resources and beyond. We offer women’s health and wellness services, including public awareness and education of the signs, symptoms and risk factors of ovarian cancer, provide support to those impacted by the disease and raise funds for research in order to find a screening test and a cure.
A T.E.A.L.® Survivor is anyone who has ever been diagnosed with ovarian cancer in their lifetime. We honor these "Amazing Ladies" and invite them to participate in our T.E.A.L.® Survivor Ceremony. Make sure to check off on your registration form if you are an ovarian cancer Survivor and receive special survivor perks on the day of the Walk/Run. Learn more about our T.E.A.L.® Amazing Lady Membership Program.
The T.E.A.L.® Walk/Run™ Program includes Walk/Run events that celebrate the courage of ovarian cancer survivors and the strength of the families who’ve been touched by the disease, while spreading awareness to the public and raising money for research. This annual event takes place during September’s National Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month and other locations across the USA.
