Bank of America Chicago Marathon runners receive $2 of admission from October 11-14
Prepare before the big day with guided meditation sessions by Chill Chicago. Instructors will guide runners through 20 minute meditation sessions, helping to visualize significant points during the race and prepare runners for some of the challenges of a marathon. The sessions are designed to be calming and to help the body to relax, so runners can step away feeling calm and prepared for race day.
Sessions will be offered during the following times on Friday, October 11 and Saturday, October 12 at the Abbott Health and Fitness Expo. Runners can sign up via the following link or at the Abbott Health & Fitness Expo for $20 (USD).
