MARCH 4TH 2023 A 50-mile team relay from Gunlock Reservoir to Sand Hollow Reservoir. The running route will take runners through the scenic landscapes of Southern Utah, along city trail systems, and back country roads. Teams will consist of 5 people: Women's teams, Men's Team, Co-ed teams (Must have at least two Women), 2-person team; or take on the whole run by yourself and sign up as an Ultra runner.

Women (Must be all women)
Men (Can have up to one woman)
Coed (Max of 5 people, with at least two of each sex)
Ultra (1 person)
2 person Ultra ( 2 people)
AWARDS:
The top 3 men's team, top 3 women's team, top 3 mixed team, top 3 ultras and top 3 two person ultra-team will get awards. Awards will also be given out for best dressed team, shortest shorts, and best decorated vehicle.
EXCHANGE POINTS: Exchanges are allowed at the designated points only. Any team subbing out team members not at these designated points will be DQ’d. Each runner MUST run at least 2 legs. If you don’t have each team member run twice you will be DQ’d from the final award results.
MEDICAL: IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CALL 911 IF THERE IS AN EMERGENCY.
VEHICLES: Each team will be allowed 1 vehicle only. Please always yield to the runners and be careful of other pedestrians and traffic.
DROP OUT: If an ultra-runner or Team needs to drop out of the race they must email races@sgcity.org or text 435-703-0975 and give us your bib number so that race staff will not be out all night looking for you.
WATER/FOOD/BATHROOMS: This is all on your own. There will be water at each exchange for the Ultra runners only. Ultra-runners may also bring drop bags to packet pickup that we will place at exchanges. Each exchange will have porta potties.
RUNNER NUMBERS: Each team is given 5 of the same Bib numbers for identification. Runners are required to wear their Bibs for the whole race. The team member who runs the last leg will wear the bib that has the chip on it to record your time.
DINNER AND AWARDS: The post-race dinner will take place from 1:00-6:00 PM at the Grille (Sand Hollow Resort Clubhouse) Awards will be available for pick up there as well!
CUTOFF POLICY: Any team that is off pace to complete the distance by the designated cutoff time will be pulled from the race. Please be aware that 11 hours is a hard cutoff time.
