Join YQ for a training series to help you prepare for the Route 66 Marathon!
Integrating yoga into a running program results in a stronger body and mind, less injury - pre, during and post training.
We will work through the common issues faced by runners as they train for a big race, including, cramping, IT band issues, tight shoulders and monkey-mind to name a few.
The program is appropriate for all levels of running and yoga: novice to experienced. Designed to help you transition from one 'mile'stone to the next during training, marathon day and post marathon recovery.
YQ will have runners/teams participating at each level of the race; so come train with us!
Class meets Monday evenings from 7-8pm through December 9th. The race will be over but the recuperation may still be going on...recovery is not instant! See below for all the details.
