Orlando's largest office party! Held exclusively for Florida's corporate community; businesses and non-profit organizations can form teams and participate in the AdventHealth Corporate 5k for camaraderie, friendly competition and celebrating with co-workers.

Team Box Pick Up

Team Captains must pick up team box for all participants registered by 11:59 pm on April 25. Team box includes includes: Bib #'s, t-shirts, safety pins, race day information. Pick-up at the building next to Track Shack located at 1110 N Mills Ave.

NO RACE DAY PICK UP

For registrations completed April 26 - May 7, participants may pick up individual race number and shirt.

Track Shack T-Shirt Design Contest

The "Best Overall Design" is decided by the participants through the Corporate 5k Facebook page. The entries are posted in a photo album for everyone to see and vote/like, so make sure they look good!

Submit your design by Friday, April 18.

Vote on the Corporate 5k Facebook page from Monday, April 21 until Friday, April 25 @ 4PM.

Virtual 5k

Run or walk anytime. Email your results to your team captain by 11:59 pm on May 11. Include first, last name and finish time from your watch.

Team Captains: All Team Captains, including those who have been a Team Captain in the past, must create a new team.

Tent Rental

Celebrate with your team! Create your team and reserve your tent online through the "Team Captain Store".

Seniority and the date your application was received will determine tent location and order of selection. Due to event permit, we cannot allow companies to bring out their own tents.
