Mountains to the Desert Bike Ride benefiting Just for Kids Foundation Inc

FANTASTIC VIEWS - GREAT AID STATIONS - AMAZING PEOPLE

From the high mountains of Telluride to the spectacular desert landscape of Gateway, CO, cyclists descend past hillsides of quaking aspens along a route that passes through millions of years of geologic record, ultimately finding themselves at the base of striated sandstone cliffs reaching up to 1,000 feet overhead. Those who choose to push on past Gateway for the longer distance rides will climb into the beautiful Unaweep Canyon. Telluride 200 riders will cross over the divide and descend to a turnaround point with a tremendous view of the Bookcliffs and Grand Valley. 

This year's ride will end at the Gateway Community Center with a party, catered feast, live music and sponsor village.

M2D BIKE RIDE

The classic fully-supported road ride with two start locations and several distance options is beautiful. All fundraising benefits the Just for Kids Foundation. Donations are matched 100%.

TELLURIDE 200

For the second year, M2D will offer a double century. Participants will pass the traditional M2D summit, get a peek into the Grand Valley and return to Gateway. Fundraising benefits JFK. Matched 100%.

All fundraising benefits the Just for Kids Foundation. Every dollar raised is generously matched 100% by the Carstens Family Fund at the Denver Foundation. Fundraisers earn raffle tickets to win amazing prizes, including the grand prize of a custom, handcrafted MOOTS.

RIDERS UNABLE TO MEET THE CUTOFF TIMES WILL BE REQUIRED TO ACCEPT A RIDE FROM THE SAG WAGON FOR A RIDE TO THE FINISH IN GATEWAY. THERE WILL BE NO TELLURIDE200 RIDERS ON THE ROAD PAST SUNSET, 6:57 PM.  PLEASE BE AWARE - THE MAXIMUM COURSE TIME WILL BE 12 HOURS, 16 MINUTES.
