Fit Fort Lauderdale 5K 2020

Fit Fort Lauderdale mission is to “make Fort Lauderdale the fittest and healthiest community in the nation, by building a network of resources, programs and events that engage neighbors and partners in meeting targeted health and fitness goals.” Come join us as we continue this initiative in our 2nd 5k run/walk to benefit a healthier lifestyle. After the race all are welcome to join us for a morning of FREE fitness classes held by over 30 instructors at Holiday Park. Free fitness classes 9am- noon.
