Ready to beat the heat? St. George Races and the St. George Firefighters' Association are teaming up for the coolest event of the summer, the Firehose Frenzy 5K!

This year, we’re back at the gorgeous Desert Color development off Southern Parkway. As you conquer the course, St. George firefighters will be stationed along the route, blasting runners with firehoses to keep you cool. After you cross the finish line, the fun keeps going with an exclusive, epic pool party at the Desert Color pool. Don't miss out!
