Park Ave 5K Presented by AdventHealth (Running Series Event #4)
Proceeds from the Park Avenue 5K benefit the Track Shack Youth Foundation. The Track Shack Foundation promotes physical fitness to children and teens through a wide variety of community organizations.
Experience the charm of Winter Park on our scenic 5K course, starting and finishing on the iconic Park Avenue. Enjoy a picturesque run through tree-lined streets and charming neighborhoods, with the route highlighting the area's natural beauty. After crossing the finish line, celebrate at our post-race party in Central Park, where you can savor delicious local treats.
AdventHealth cares for the whole athlete. Physical therapists provide runner/walker injury assessments and demonstrate foam rolling techniques to keep you on the road and feeling great.
Kids' runs are free and recommended for children 12 and under. Distances range from 100 yards to 1 mile and children will be placed in age appropriate groups. Registration available on race week. T-shirts are first come first serve. All registered participants receive a finisher medal courtesy of Florida Dairy Farmers.
