RACE BIB / SWAG:
Those registered by March 12 will have race bibs mailed to them this week. Only go to the Registration & Bib Pick-up tent with questions or if you did not receive your bib in the mail.
If you registered after Sunday, March 12, pickup your race bib at the Registration & Bib Pick-up tent between 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM. To speed up your bib pick-up experience, log in to your haku participant account and download or print your own unique Check-in Pass before you get in line. The pass can be downloaded and saved in your phone images or Apple Wallet, or printed out.
Yoursoccer scarf and water bottle will be available for pick up at the SWAG tent before or after the event.
Please note: No baggage check available on race day.
DIRECTIONS / PARKING:
The race starts on Huyshope Avenue and finishes on the field of Trinity Health Stadium. DIRECTIONS
Free parking locations are available. Review all available options, plan ahead and please leave early if you seek a parking spot near the stadium. Roads close at 12:45 pm (Huyshope Avenue between Masseek Street and Wawarme Avenue closes at 11:30 am). PARKING LOCATIONS

RACE START:
The race will start on Huyshoppe Avenue, just outside of Trinity Health Stadium and will consist of one corral with “Self Seed” pace per mile signs to assist with participant spacing.
RACE COURSE & SUPPORT:
Police and course monitors will be on the course. However, the roads are open to local vehicle travel. Markings & Amenities:

POST RACE: 1:15– 2:30 PM
Registered participants can enjoy great music, vendors, delicious Bear’s Smokehouse BBQ "mini mac attack" and a complimentary Thomas Hooker Brewery beer. Must be 21+ years of age with proper ID.
AWARDS CEREMONY: about 2:00 PM
TIMING / RESULTS / AWARDS:
This event is timed by Bay State Race Services and uses the B-Tag timing system with timing chip attached to the back of the race bib. Please wear the race bib on the front of the shirt. All times are based on NET time (timing mats located at the start and finish).
Preliminary results will be available onsite. Final results will be posted later in the day. RESULTS
HMF FITKIDS:
Online registration available through race morning. On-site kids' race registration and bib pickup at the Registration & Bib Pick-up tent. Kids aged 2-11 can run ¼ mile or ½ mile races, all kids races are $12. All participants receive a finisher's medal and custom race swag.
All HMF FitKids Runs will start and finish at the 5K finish line, on the field of Trinity Health Stadium.
EVENT MERCHANDISE: Custom sweatshirt and adult and youth tees will be sold at the HMF Merchandise tent on race day. Pre-ordered merchandise will be available for pickup. Payment by major cards or Apple Pay only, no cash accepted.
EMERGENCY TEXTING:
HMF emergency texting is used ONLY in situations such as event delays, cancellations or last-minute event changes to relay pertinent details. We never use this for marketing or solicitation.
Confirm you elected to receive emergency text messages in your haku profile: once logged in to your account, select "Your Registrations" and check the blue box "I Want To Get Event Updates Via Text:".
