Welcome to San Diego Track Club's (SDTC) Rockin' n Runnin' (RnR) Training Program! We've been training San Diego runners for their spring marathon, half marathon, and 5K/10K races for 30 years.
Our RnR Program starts on Saturday January 2 and runs every Saturday until San Diego Rock and Roll Weekend (June 5 - 6). Whether this is your first race, or your hundredth, this program is for you! We provide training schedules, routes, and aid stations - all you have to do is signup and show up :) All paces and abilities are welcome.
(To join the RnR Program you must be an active SDTC member. Not a member? Join here. Your membership gives you access to Tuesday and Thursday workouts and helps keep us running)
- A structured 22-week training plan.
- Weekly coached track workouts and tempo runs.
