About
Run the Rock offers a 3 mile and a 6 mile distance through beautiful Top of the Rock. Both routes take participants through Lost Canyon Cave and the six mile route also takes walkers and runners to the highest point, overlooking beautiful Table Rock lake. These are not routes for beginners as there are many rolling hills. The time limit for completion is 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Both routes are beautiful and highlight all that the Ozarks has to offer.
