We are known for the POST RACE PARTY. This is a nighttime race, so like years before, bring your best LED and GLOW gear, only this time, the PARTY gets BRIGHTER, the MUSIC gets LOUDER, the DANCING gets FASTER and the FUN ZONE is BIGGER!
Proceeds from the Waterford 5K will go to Holtz Children's Hospital. Holtz Children's Hospital is one of the largest children's hospitals in the southeast United States. Located at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Medical Center, they are known worldwide for their team of pediatric specialists experienced in treating children with all types of needs - from routine care to life-saving procedures. They also train the most pediatric physicians of any medical center in the southeastern United States.

Just ask anyone that has attended this event – THERE IS NO OTHER AFTER-PARTY LIKE THIS ONE.
We are known for having a Beautiful Course with a backdrop that includes lakes, fountains and well maintained streets. It’s our Post-Race After Party that really heats things up. There is a reason that people stay at this event long after all the medals and prizes are awarded.

10am Monday November 5th through noon Friday November 9th at FootWorks, 5724 Sunset Drive, in South Miami.
Store hours are: Mon-Thurs 9 to 8 | Fri 9 to 7 | Sat 9 to 6 | Sun 12 to 5.
On race day, November 9, from 9am to noon at FootWorks - then at the race site from 4:00pm - 6:30pm
Tents may be rented and include a banner with Company Name, table, and chairs. There are several size tents to choose from: 10x10, 10x20 and 20x20. Additional tables and chairs are also available. Prices start at $300. Tent orders are due by Friday, October 26. A map with all tent locations will be posted online by Wednesday, November 07.

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, AND TRANSFERS POLICY
Absolutely no refunds, exchanges, or transfers.
Temperature/humidity can be high in South Florida. Participants should drink plenty of fluids(non-alcoholic) for 48 hours prior to, during and upon finishing the race. Beware of heat-injury symptoms (Dizziness, no sweating, nausea, cramps, redness, incoherent speech and thoughts). Seek immediate assistance if symptoms occur. Wear loose, light colored clothing.
Race Management reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event due to events out of Management's control such as a natural disaster or other emergencies. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances. Management may also alter the course and distances for the safety of the athletes.
